Do you enjoy the Maryland Seafood Festival and want to earn free admission and free seafood for a few hours of work? We are looking for friendly people to help us put on a great event. Volunteers receive free parking, admission to the Festival and $10 in food tickets per shift.

You are friendly, unflappable under pressure and want to handle one of the most important jobs of the Festival. Then the Front Gate is where you want to be. You will get to meet and greet interesting people from around the state and beyond. Cash register and credit card machine experience preferred, but we will train all volunteers before each shift. Everyone is expected to run a register, but not everyone will run a credit card machine. Expect to be standing for the majority of the shift. Must be 21 years of age.
You are welcoming, mature and the one who always makes sure everyone is taken care of at the party. As the VIP Tent Host / Hostess you will be available to answer questions, make sure the VIP tent stays tidy and let MSF personnel know of any issues that arise.
You are a Maryland Seafood Festival and/or Social Media expert (or you’d like to be). You are comfortable with the Festival layout and like to talk to people and use social media (maybe at the same time). We can use your specialties in the Social Media/ Info Booth! You will welcome visitors and answer all their questions in a friendly upbeat way. Sign up for a shift on this team and help others enjoy the Festival to the fullest!
